Accommodation rates is NET per
villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport
- Welcome drink on arrival, flower arrangements and starter food kit for the first morning
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
- Free local telephone calls
- Free WIFI Broadband Internet access from the villas (guest'
personal laptop is required)
- Free in-house laundry and ironing service
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

optional extras are at guest's account.
